Everyday. We advise rolling everyday to get the most out of your Balance Bottle. Always consult a health professional if you are injured or unsure if foam rolling is right for you. There is no right or wrong time to roll, before or after a movement session, or simply when it best suits you!
Hot Days and Cars:
Due to elevated temperatures in cars and on hot days, we don't recommend leaving your bottle in direct sunlight in the car as High temperatures can cause the Foam material to lose its shape.
We find rolling our arms, legs, upper back, glutes, hamstrings and hips to be a great start, however if you are more advanced we advise you to follow your own plan and what is best suited to your requirements. We strongly advise to NOT roll your lower back or your head, as this product is not designed for those areas.
We recommend you use your Balance Bottle around 10 minutes per day to achieve the best results. The duration of each foam rolling session can depend on the individual and their needs. Always consult a healthcare professional for an injury specific program or if you are not 100% sure if you are.
Yes, the red marks on your body represent an increase of blood flow in this area that you are rolling. If the marks become bruised or tender reduce amount of pressure when rolling next time you roll.
Easy! We recommend washing your Balance Bottle internally with a bottle brush and some dish washing solution while avoiding submerging your bottle in water if the foam is on the bottle, once washed keep the lid off and pat or drip dry!
To clean the foam simply slide the foam off and wash in water and scrub gently! Ensure to wash regularly to keep your water fresh and foam germ free!
We strongly recommend you DO NOT freeze, microwave or place your Balance Bottle in the dishwasher, doing so will result in damage to the product and potentially harm to yourself. Balance Bottle is designed for cold or room temperature liquids only, please do not use HOT liquids under any circumstance.
Balance Bottle is designed to hold most beverages, although water is highly recommended not only for you but your muscles too.
